Montecinos the new emerging Latino Canadian Artist!
Mauricio,
folk-classical and pop flamenco guitarist extraordinaire, combines
Latin songwriting, composing, and arranging with an infectious
blend of World Fusion rhythms. Mauricio's songs
are a reflection of his roots in Chile and his life's' journey
to share his love, and passion for music, this world, and it's
people. His performances are an invitation to celebrate this
shared journey through music and dance!
On
his new album "Baila Conmigo" Mauricio
performs 10 songs with the stellar Multi fusion Band
featuring the acclaimed latin musicians, pianist Hilario
Duran, and percussionist Rodrigo Chavez.
The
CD
was produced with the extensive aid of the talented, and versatile
Franco-Ontarien producer / musician Daniel Bédard.
As well as collaborating on the arrangements and songwriting,
Daniel plays Bass guitar on the CD, and on tour with Mauricio.

The remaining members of the Multi fusion Band
all hail from Mauricio's home around the Greater Sudbury area
of Northern Ontario, Canada. As
well as writing all the songs on the CD, Mauricio sings, plays
classical and rock guitar, keyboard, cuatro, ukulele, tiple,
charango (10-string Andean instrument), and pan flute.
Mauricio
recently signed a record deal with Sony Music
and Loppeti Music of Chile for distribution
of his album "Baila Conmigo" in Chile,
Peru and Bolivia.
